Rogaland County carried out a management development programme in 2017/2018. The content of the programme was based on “Platform for Management”, which states what should characterise good management in Rogaland County. The management development programme has been a big commitment for the county, and we would like to continue to work on management development in the coming years. The county would like to enter into a contract for the planning and implementation of management development for all managers in the entity once a year.
