Bymiljøetaten (BYM) is preparing preliminary projects for traffic safety signs and measures for routes to and from school, as well as plans for traffic clearing measures and speed zones. BYM participates in project and cooperation groups, both internally and externally, in order to see to the department's traffic interests.
BYM is currently responsible for signage, operation and maintenance of public traffic signs on municipal roads. There is a need to set up new signs, operate and maintain standardised traffic signs (including road name signs), temporary signs for events and signs for the studded tyre scheme in Oslo. BYM therefore needs to enter into a Framework Agreement for the procurement of operation and maintenance of standardised public traffic signs, new signs and temporary signs in Oslo.

Requirement:
— the service provider must be a legally established company.

— Foreign companies: verification showing that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Requirement:
— tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to complete the contract. The Contracting Authority will emphasise annual turnover, degree of liquidity and degree of debt.
Documentation:
— the company's Annual Financial Statements for 2018, 2017 and 2016, including notes, the Board's Annual Report and Audit Report, as well as recent information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.
— credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain credit assessments itself.

Requirement:
— tenderers must have a satisfactory quality assurance system that is appropriate for the contract work,
