Lørenskog kommune

The Contracting Authority has major development activity and is 1 of Norway's fastest growing municipalities. To ensure efficient and correct assistance to cover the Contracting Authority's need for minor construction works, we want to enter into Framework Agreements with 3 to 5 service providers.
The delivery will include carpentry and masonry works within maintenance, repairs and rehabilitation of all types of buildings. Works may also include setting up and demolition of pavilions, construction of bicycle hotels, minor installations and minor new construction. The list is not exhaustive.

Estimert totalverdi: 110 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
NB: The following services that are initially not includes in the contract when the municipality has suitable Framework Agreements, roofing, painting, wallpapering and floor laying, purchase of glass, electrician and plumbing services. It may regardless be necessary for the service provider to also supply these resources in circumstances where the works are implemented as a turnkey contract. We emphasise that Lørenskog municipality retains the right to approve the service provider's use of subcontractors and will be able to require.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence to conduct this service.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
The tenderer must have the capacity to handle the Framework Agreement. This is assessed according to the scope and complexity of the contract.
The tenderer is required to posses or be able to achieve the necessary government approvals for implementation of the contract. The measures are placed up to enterprise classification 2.
Tenderers must be certified for environmental management, in the form of EMAS, ISO 14001, or Miljøfyrtårn [Eco-lighthouse].
Documentation requirements are in the tender documentation Point 1.3.4.3 and 1.3.4.5.
Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
There are requirement regarding wages and working conditions, use of apprentices, skilled workers, expanded tax certificate and limitation in the number of links in the supplier chain. See the tender documentation Point 1.1.4.1 following.
