Moss kommune

Moss Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for printing services. It has been decided that Moss and Rygge Municipalities will merge to form 1 municipality in 2020. Rygge Municipality is, subsequently, included in this framework agreement.
The contract must cover the need of all entities and companies in the municipality. The contract can also be used by companies where the municipality has financial/management control.
Printing services consist primarily of digital and offset printing (brochures, catalogues, various reports, flyers, business cards and similar).

Henvisning til relevante bestemmelser i lover og andre forskrifter:
Tenderers must fulfil all the statutory HSE requirements, as well as any requirements that the contracting authority has for HSE, as stated in the contract document.
Tenderers have a duty to inform personnel covered by the contract on the contracting authority's current HSE requirements and ensure compliance with them.
Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that the stated skilled personnel have the required certifications, certificates of apprenticeship, machine operator certificates and certificates or similar for the execution of the service.
Tenderers must ensure that all personnel who carry out work under this contract have valid work permits.
Tenderers have a duty to ensure compliance with legal requirements for working hours and overtime.
There are requirements for wages and working conditions in accordance with the regulations on wages and working conditions in public contracts.
The tenderer is responsible for ensuring that their own employees, subcontractors employees (including hired) have wages and working conditions in accordance with:
— regulations on general tariff agreement,
— regulations on wages and working conditions in public contracts dated 8.2.2008 will apply.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that their personnel always have and use the required personal protective and safety equipment, as well as equipment that prevents unintentional emissions to the air, soil and water. Any special requirements connected to personal protective and safety equipment, as well as environmental protection equipment are in the contract document.
