Helse Midt-Norge has given St. Olav Hospital the task of procuring new storage premises that will supply the companies in the health region (from Volda in the south to Namsos in the north).
It has been decided that the project will be implemented as an OPS project, with the contracting authority signing a long-term rent contract (15 years + 5 years) for the rented premises.
The contracting authority does not have suitable premises itself. The tenderer must provide a suitable location (cf. the attached map with the given area) that can be used for the project.

The procurement will be held as a contest with negotiations in accordance with the public procurement regulations, Parts I) and III) and in accordance with the Public Procurements Act from 17.6.2016 No 73 and the Public Procurement Regulations from 12.8.2016, No 974.

A contest with negotiations means that all interested tenderers are invited to submit a request for participation in the tender contest.

The contracting authority will negotiate with invited tenderers, who can then submit a tender.

The negotiations can apply to all parts of the tenders. The contracting authority will conclude the negotiations by setting a joint deadline for the receipt of the final tenders.

Option 1 — storage fixtures:

The chosen tenderer must procure the storage fixtures.

The option concerns a right for the contracting authority to require that the tenderer is liable for the procurement, delivery, integration and operation.

Option 2 — extended rental period:

The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the rental contract for up to 5 years on the same contract terms.
