The contracting authority wants to procure a permanent exhibition and associated graphics for the new Norwegian Graphical Museum.
This is a procurement below the international threshold value, but it has been announced as above the threshold value due to the need for an English notice. Part II of the Public Procurement Regulations.
The procurement documents are created in English, with the exception of the contract provisions.
In the event of conflict between the information in Mercell and the procurement documents, the procurement documents will prevail unless otherwise specifically announced.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten: Registered in a trade register or company register.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— requirement concerning annual turnover,
— requirement concerning credit worthiness.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Companies that will perform fitout works must have a total annual turnover of minimum 20 000 000 NOK-2 000 000 EUR excluding VAT.
Companies that will perform the work regarding 'Graphics’ must have a total annual turnover of minimum 5 000 000 NOK/5 000 000 EUR, excluding VAT.
Companies must be assessed as credit worthy in the solution to Experian.no. If necessary, credit-worthiness can also be assessed separately through other documentation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement concerning performed, equivalent reference projects.
Requirement concerning necessary capacity and competence for the execution of the assignment.
The supplier must be able to present a list of their equipment relevant for the implementation of the assignment.
The supplier must present an overview of any planned use of sub-contractors or collaborating partners (consortium) from the implementation of the assignment. Please provide reference projects for sub-contractors where these are used, in accordance with Pre-qualification 1.1, must fitout and graphics, see point 7 and the ESPD qualification requirement point C technical and professional qualifications point 1.

Experience is required from at least three equivalent assignments. Equivalent assignments means assignments within high quality and permanent provisions and museums where the assignment must have been of an equivalent size. high quality Hotels 'Fitouts’ can be considered as equivalent. Moments indicating that the project is equivalent, are:

— especially relevant: projects with integrated graphics works. Whether the reference project is considered equivalent is an overall assessment by the contracting authority,
— documentation: the tenderer must present a list of the primary deliveries or services performed during the last 5 years, and this will as a minimum contain: a brief description of the assignment — size or value of the deliveries — date (contract period) — Name of the customers and a brief description of these contact information to relevant customers from the list must be available on request.
