Kort beskrivelse:
Ringerike municipality invites turnkey contractors to a tender competition over the EEA threshold value in accordance with the regulations part 1 and 3 for the project ‘Hov ungdomsskole’. The objective of the competition is to enter into a contract with a turnkey contractor and any contract partners for engineering design, construction and experimental operation of Hov comprehensive school and the associated sports centre. The school must have all the primary school functions. The existing school buildings must be demolished. Collaboration has been chosen as the implementation model based on an ‘interaction contract’ for the project. The project has been approved by the Municipal Council dated 27.6.2019; case No 92/19 and a municipal approval dated 5.9.2019; case No 118/19. A new comprehensive school for 375 pupils and 15 pupils in a strengthened wing.
The turnkey contractor should be awarded in April 2020, with a direct commencement of interaction. Completion: June 2022.
