The Norwegian Mapping Authority is looking for actors in the market who can provide a cheaper postal service than what the Norwegian Mapping Authority currently has.
We are primarily looking at the possibility of reducing the cost of collecting letters (and parcels) that are to be sent.
The contract will cover the delivery and collection of letters, registered dispatches and parcels.
The contest will allow for the submission of tenders for both the delivery and collection of post, or sub-tenders for either only delivery or only collection of post.
The contract will be valid from 1.1.2020 up to and including 31.12.2020.
The contract will then be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time.
The options will automatically be taken up if the Contracting Authority has not given notice on the contract at least 3 months before the contract expires.
