The objective of the planning work is to prepare for a large data processing centre at Gylderåsen. The area is currently reserved agriculture, nature and recreational purposes. However, the municipal plan is affirming that this area shall be used for business purposes. An area zoning plan must therefore be conducted for the establishment of a large data processing centre.
Våler municipality has prepared a planning programme that was approved by the municipal executive board 18.12.2018. The planning programme is attached to the invitation to tender.
