The Contracting Authority:
The Norwegian University of Life Science NMBU has a special responsibility for providing research and education that shall ensure the basis of existence for future generations. We provide knowledge for life and sustainability is rooted in everything we do. NMBU has 1 700 employees and 5 200 students and is organised in 7 faculties. NMBU currently has campuses at Ås and in Oslo. These 2 campuses shall be co-located from autumn 2020. NMBU also has a research centre in Sandnes.

The objective and scope of the contract:
The contract includes parking administration, including operative control, facilitation of the parking areas, following-up customers and be the contracting authority's consultant in relation to parking conditions at campus Ås
The estimated contract value is 3 000 000 NOK — 7 000 000 NOK excluding VAT over a maximum contract period of 4 years.
A total description of the contract is given in the requirement specification (Annex A) and other annexes, including a presentation from the Supplier conference held 15.5.2019.
Sub-tenders:
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment.
The Contracting Authority cannot see that the contract is appropriate for division into several lots, without this increasing the risk of decline in the quality of the delivery, as well as an increased use of HRs related to the administration of contracts, which is not accordance with the Contracting Authority’s intentions and wishes.
