Statsbygg requests tenders for parallel framework agreements for:
Contract Area 1: Valuation assignments;
Contract Area 2: Estimations of values.
Tenderers can respond to one or both of the contract areas. Set a cross in the tender form for which contract area the tender is for. 2 - 2- parallel framework agreements will be signed per contract area on the basis of this competition, if the competition provides sufficient grounds for this.
The contracts will be used for the procurement, sale and renting/renting out property in Norway. The framework agreements will apply for the owned and rented buildings that are managed, operated and maintained by Statsbygg at any one time, as well as for properties that Statsbygg is considering to procure or rent. In addition the contract will be used for Statsbygg's consultancy assignments for other government actors (landowners).
There will be an option to use the contract in Finnmark and Svalbard.
