The Directorate of Public Construction and Property…

… wants to enter into 5 parallel framework agreements to hire in a quality assurance manager for projects.

… will continuously assess the need for quality assurance management in the project portfolio of the Builder Department.

Typical work assignments can be:

— to develop, maintain and follow-up management systems for Quality Assurance (QA) in the project,

— continually improve inclusive preventative activities and deviation management,

— monitoring of the requirement management (compliance with applicable laws related to quality),

— courses for and consultancy of QA for the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's project groups,

— the project QA, internal and external,

— fulfilment and updating of control plans for the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's engineering design group,

— preparation and revision of governing documents,

— facilitation of meetings and experience sharing.

The list is not exhaustive and will vary from project to project. The work assignments and competence will be clarified in the individual mini-competitions.

During the framework agreement period, the call-offs will be awarded after mini competitions.

Documentation requirement: the number of personnel with competence for this assignment that the tenderer can use and the number of employees in the company.
