We would like tenders for independent inspections in accordance with the Planning and Building Act's rules. Requirement for which services are to be delivered by independent control as per the Planning and Building Act with associated regulations, as well as the Directorate for Building Quality's at any time current guide for independent control.

An overview of the rules for independent inspections, carrying out the inspections, obligatory inspection areas, etc., can be found on the Directorate of Building Quality's website.
Tenderers who are awarded the assignment must be able to offer the service for all development classes and for all areas that independent inspections can and will be carried out, both execution and engineering design. This means that the tenderer must have or acquire central or local right to be responsible for all the 7 certification areas mentioned in the building application regulations §13-5 last section, cf. the contract provisions point 5.

Requirement:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Documentation:
Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Requirement:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Documentation:
The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
(a) tenderers are required to have sufficient competence to achieve the right to be responsible within all development classes for general responsibility for inspection;
(b) tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.
Documentation:
(a) tenderers can choose whether they will document fulfilment of the requirement by alternative 1 or 2
Alternative 1:
Central certification in all development classes for the area general responsibility for inspections, cf the building application regulation §13-5, last section.
Alternative 2:
An account that substantiates that the tenderer (the company) has the competence to achieve central or local certification within all development classes for the area general responsibility for inspection.
(b) a description must be submitted of reference projects in the last 3 years with a comparative value, with information on, amongst other things:
— the project name,
— contracting authorities,
— project scope in m
— the assignment's contract value excluding VAT,
— the company's assignments/role in the project,
— the start-up date and completion date (year)/if not completed — what stage the project is in.
In what phases the assignment was carried out.
