Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] wants tender offers for a framework agreement for:
Parallel framework agreements for consultancy services for ICT infrastructure and operation.
The contract area will be:
1) Microsoft;
2) Citrix;
3) Cisco og Splunk (network);
4) VMware;
5) Oracle server operation;
6) Palo Alto (firewall).
2 parallel framework agreements will be signed per contract area on the basis of this competition, if the competition provides sufficient grounds for this. Tender offers may be submitted for 1/multiple/all of the contract areas.
In the tender form, tenderers must mark which contract area(s) the tender offer concerns. Each contract area will be evaluated separately. We refer to point 2 for more information about which tasks will be handled within the contract areas for which tender offers may be submitted.

Documentation requirement:
Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient financial implementation ability.
Documentation requirement:
The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts.

The tenderer is required to have good experience from previous relevant assignments.
Documentation requirement:
Up to five (5) of the company's primary deliveries/contracts that are comparable with the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's needs during the last 3 years, including information per contract about:
— name of the customer including the contact person's telephone number,
— date,
— value,
— extent of the main content in the service.
The Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to contact the provided references.
