Foreign tenderers: verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Requirement: tax certificates.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Tenderers must be creditworthy. Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1) Tenderers must have competence and experience within organisation analysis and organisation development, and must have carried out assignments of the same nature for major entities in Norway;

2) Experience is required from equivalent contracts:

— a description of the personnel that the tenderer can use for the contract (preferably shown on an organisation chart with role descriptions),

— an overview of previous equivalent assignments in the last 3 years, with the value and scope, date, name of the recipient and reference persons.
