The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a non-exclusive framework agreement with one provider who shall cover the contracting authority's future requirements for operative assistance related to 5 different disciplines. The objective of the framework agreement is to obtain access to experienced consultants with solid competence for the following areas: Operative procurement assistance, Financial analyses and elucidations, Business development and management, Legal assistance, Governmental framework conditions.
