Lillehammer municipality (henceforth referred to as LK) is responsible for the operations and maintenance of own road light system.
This amounts to a total of approx. 4 000 light points.
The contract mainly includes replacement of light bulbs, finding errors and reconstruction. LK has currently many road lights that are connected to the municipality's road lights network. The municipality is currently working with reducing the number of ignition points and disconnecting road lights that are private or owned by the County. The reconstruction and new projects for road lights are mainly commissioned in connection with requests for joint grids. The next contract period must have focus on reducing the energy consumption.

The contracting authority has considered that there is reasonable grounds for cancellation in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 25-4. Through the correspondence the contracting authority has had with the tenderers, it has been revealed that the tender documentation contained uncertainties regarding minimum requirements and award criteria, and on how these should be evaluated correspondingly. A new tender contest will be published where the objective is to establish a contract during summer 2020.
