Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
National roads and national foot and cycle paths, with the accompanying side installations, side areas, equipment and installations:
The contract period is from 1.9.2019 to 31.8.2024 for national roads for all of the described assignments.
The contracting authority has an option for to extend the contract for 1 + 1 + 1 year from 1.9.2024.
The contract period is from 1.9.2019 to 31.8.2027 for all of the described assignments.
The builder has an option for to extend the contract for 12 months, from 1.9.2027 to 31.8.2028.

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten: The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract and shall fulfil the following requirements:
— tenderers must have positive equity,
— an average annual turnover of minimum 150 000 000 NOK in the last 3 financial years,
— the tenderer must have an equity ratio of at least 10 %. Cf. the tender documentation's chapter B2.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following works:
1) The main disciplines included in the assignment include: operation and maintenance of roads;
2) The following sub-assignments are of significant importance for the contract work:
— operation of a 4 lane motorway,
— winter operations,
— construction notification and traffic management,
— operations in and of road tunnels,
— operation of road objects,
— maintenance of road objects.
Tenderers are required to refer to references for relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner.
The contract must be sufficiently staffed and the tenderer must have the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances in the contract.
2) Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment;
3) Competence equivalent to development class 2, in accordance with “the routines for the excavation and laying of cables above, below and along public roads” dated 1.6.2018.
Tenderers must have a system that shows that they work proactively as regards health, safety and working conditions.
Tenderers and their central contract facilitators should have an average H1 value lower than 10 for the last 3 years.
Furthermore, there are requirements regarding the Surrounding Environment and quality assurance.
