Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] wants tenders for the operation of a personnel canteen in Leikanger in Sogn og Fjordane. The objective is to serve employees, guests and visitors with a good variety of tasteful food. The service will be implemented from 1.3.2020 to and including 28.2.2022 with the possibility of an option for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year, so that the possible contract duration can be 6 years. It will be possible to register for the site inspection by 18.11.2019, 12.00 a.m. A specific date for the site inspection will be sent in KGV to all who register for the inspection. Appendix 2 must be submitted with the confirmed qualification requirements, see Appendix 3 and the qualification requirement document.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must have a specific authorisation or be a member of a specific organisation.
Documentation requirement: the contracting authority demands that suppliers are registered with Mattilsynet [the Norwegian Food Safety Authority] in Norway. Statutory basis PPR 28.9.2010 No 1302.
Credit worthiness: the contracting authority will collect this from Experian.
HSE self-declaration: tenderers must fulfil the statutory requirements in Norway for Health/Environment and Safety. The self-declaration must be signed by the general manager and a representative for the employees.
