Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] will enter into a contract with one (1) tenderer.

The operational contract will apply to components in the Cisco computer at the New National Museum property, and there will be an option for properties that may have equivalent need to utilise the same contract during the contract period.

Statsbygg's [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's] internal ICT operational group operates the computer network based on the Cisco components during normal working hours. The data lines (Wan) are currently operated by Telia.

We have procurement and maintenance contracts with Telenor for Cisco components.

The operational contract will includes services that safeguard operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, error recovery and any alarms in connection with the replacement of defective Cisco components on weekdays outside of normal working hours.

Varighet: 36 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: 1 year + 1 year.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Any future properties (up to 4 properties) that have equivalent needs during the contract period must be able to make call-offs on this contract. In addition, the contract must be able to expanded to include any new components that become available. Per unit prices will be obtained in each individual instance as required.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Documentation requirement: company registration certificate. Foreign companies require an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The extent of the size will also be emphasised.

Documentation requirement: Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1) The tenderer shall have good experience from assignments with a comparable value to this contract.

Documentation requirement:

A statement of up to 2 A4 pages for:

The company's professional competence in the offered contract area.

A statement about the number of resources that the company has accessible in the contract area and the number of employees in the company.

2) The tenderer is required to have sufficient capacity to implement the assignment.

Up to three of the company's most important deliveries/contracts that are comparable with Statsbygg's [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's] needs in the last 3 years, including information per contract area about:

— name of the customer including the contact person's telephone number,

— dates,

— value/scope,

— delivered solutions and services.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to contact the the provided references.
