The procurement´s purpose:
Bærum Municipality, Road and Traffic, would like tenders for the operation and cleaning of:
1) The central areas (Sandvika, Bekkestua, Stabekk, Lysaker and Fornebu).
AKT https://www.kollektivterminaler.no has 3 bus terminals in Sandvika, Bekkestua and Lysaker that are included in the sweeping areas, only street sweeping is relevant for AKT;
2) Car parks (spaces and lots).
The contract period will be 1.7.2019–31.5.2022, and it can be extended for 1 + 1 year.
The work will consist of snow clearing, gritting, transporting snow to a landfill, sweeping squares and streets, emptying rubbish, various types of maintenance/cleaning in the centre and caretaker tasks.

The Operations and Maintenance Department is responsible for street areas, hereafter called central operations:
— street sweeping areas of approx. 60 400 m
Only areas with street heating are to be swept in the winter, approx. 38 000 m
In addition there are AKT’s 3 bus terminals with a total of 9 407 m
Where there is a lower frequency of sweeping: 2 to 4 times a month.
The Parking Department is responsible for the operation of the municipality’s 7 parking lots and approx. 20 parking places in Bærum: The areas make up currently just under 60 000 m
The number of parking installations (spaces and lots) can be changed in accordance with political/administrative decisions.
The service place Nature and Sport has parking places, see Annex 12 for the map, the area is approx. 12 500 m
— emptying waste containers, approx. 130 places in central areas (Sandvika, Bekkestua, Stabekk, Lysaker, Fornebu), including picking up rubbish approx. 1 to 4 times a week, removing graffiti upon requests as and when the need arises.
