Bærum Municipality, org. no.: 935 478 715 c/o Road and Traffic, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement with fixed unit prices and variable amounts, for the operation and cleaning of central areas and parking lots.
The procurement´s purpose:
Bærum Municipality, Road and Traffic, would like tenders for the operation and cleaning of:
1) The central areas (Sandvika, Bekkestua, Stabekk, Lysaker and Fornebu).
AKT https://www.kollektivterminaler.no has 3 bus terminals in Sandvika, Bekkestua and Lysaker that are included in the sweeping areas, only street sweeping is relevant for AKT;
2) Car parks (spaces and lots).
The contract period will be 1.7.2019–31.5.2022, and it can be extended for 1 + 1 year.
The work will consist of snow clearing, gritting, transporting snow to a landfill, sweeping squares and streets, emptying rubbish, various types of maintenance/cleaning in the centre and caretaker tasks.
