— Lot 1: Framework agreement for crew shirts,

— Lot 4: Framework agreement for polo piquets.
The estimated framework agreement value for lot 1 is up to 3 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT.
The estimated framework agreement value for lot 2 is up to 35 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT.
The estimated framework agreement value for lot 3 is up to 60 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT, including stand-by needs.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian tenderers:
— company registration certificate
Foreign tenderers:
— verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the required economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. A credit rating of ‘credit worthy’ or equivalent will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
A credit assessment from a certified credit appraisal agency based on the last fiscal figures. The rating must not be older than three (3) months.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have good experience from equivalent assignments.
For lot 1, equivalent assignments means delivery of crew shirts, or similar products;
For lot 2, equivalent assignments means delivery of netting underwear, or similar products;
For lot 3, equivalent assignments means delivery of socks, or similar products;
For lot 4, equivalent assignments means delivery of polo piquets, or similar products.
Tenderers must have a good and well functioning quality assurance system.
Tenderers must have a good environmental management system.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Overview of the tenderer's three (3) most relevant assignments/contracts in the last three (3) years. In order to ensure sufficient competition, documentation of deliveries/contracts that the tenderer carried out more than three (3) years ago can also be taken into consideration. Tenderers must document fulfilment of the requirement for each lot a tender is submitted for.

The description must be a maximum of two (2) A4 pages. If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
