Office and Institution Furniture

Vest-Agder fylkeskommune

The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of office and institution furniture and fixtures for OFA's members.
Library fixtures are not included in this contract.
If a new framework supplier cannot offer the same product as what the contracting authority already has, the contracting authority will be free to make supplementary procurements.
If users cannot, for genuine reasons, use a product in the tenderer's assortment, the contracting authority can use other suppliers. Special products/niche products that are of particular interest for some user places, and other products that are not found in the tenderer's assortment, can be exempted from the contract. Up to 20 % of the volume can also be withheld from the contract for special reasons.
