Previous history:
NRK was part of the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund (SPK) until 1992. In 1992, NRK moved to another defined benefit pension scheme in accordance with the Company Pension Act (CPA) [LOF]. The defined benefit scheme in accordance with CPA [LOF] was liquidated effective 31.12.2015, and NRK moved to a defined contribution scheme 1.1.2016.

In connection with the defined benefit scheme, paid-up policies were issued to both employees and pensioners, while partially disabled are still members in the defined benefit scheme.
We want:
— assistance with mapping and consulting for NRK’s at all time prevailing requirements for pension services and associated risk coverage,
— ongoing consultancy and reporting of pension services to NRK and the pension Liaison Group,
— independent guidance to NRK’s employees,
— annual evaluations and potential re-negotiation of applicable terms for the collective occupational pension schemes,
— contribute to NRK and the pension Liaison Group, including preparation of general and individual information (paper copies, Intranet, web-solution, etc.).
Options:
— assistance in connection with tender processes for the selection of pension service providers,
— updating of the member base,
— actuary estimates,
— compensation estimates,
— web solution.
Insurance broking/consultancy services:
At the transition to 2018 there were approx. 3 500 employees in NRK.
The insurance area also covers the employees of NRK Aktivum.
NRK has the following insurance schemes:
— group life insurance,
— occupational injury insurance,
— accident insurance of employees during leisure time,
— collective accident insurance for program participants,
— collective accident insurance for participating children up to and including sixth form college,
— business travel insurance,
— travel insurance for out-stationed persons (expats),
— travel accident, hire vehicle,
— property,
— vehicle,
— liability,
— equipment,
— music instruments, etc.,
— contribute to NRK with advisory services and mapping of the combined insurance needs within injury (hereunder building and construction), personal and vehicle insurance,
— annual evaluation and renegotiation of relevant insurance contracts,
— implementation of competitive tendering for the insurance portfolio,
— maintenance of the insurance portfolio,
— ongoing advisory services to NRK,
— web solution for vehicle insurance.
Option:
Web solution and insurances other than vehicle and general information.

The contract period and options:
Service contracts will be signed with 1 or 2 service providers for two years from the signing of the contract. The contract will then renew automatically on verbatim terms for 1 year at a time, unless the client cancels with 3 months notice before the renewal date. The maximum duration of the contract is 8 years.
