The procurement is for a turnkey contract for a complete new school building for Nøklevann School in Bøler, Oslo.
The building is approximately 3 800 m split between 3 floors and a basement. The basement and parts of the ground floor are to be cast on site, the remaining parts of the building will be constructed out of wood. The existing high voltage cable and main water pipeline must be altered during the excavation for the building. The development of outside areas and alterations to the high voltage cable and main water pipeline are included in the contract. Wells for background heating must also be established. Heat pumps in the new building will deliver cooling and heating to the existing buildings at the school, the supply to these buildings is part of the project.
