The nitrogen storage tanks must have a control unit for automatic filling and they must be compatible with the automatic nitrogen filling plant at Haukeland University Hospital.

An option is also wanted for a service contract after the guarantee period (cf. Annex 4 — overview of service levels), training users and medical technical personnel, and any for any updates, upgrades, licences, etc.

Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Tenderers shall present documentation of their legal registration in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. Economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer fulfils the following requirements:
A credit rating of at least score A or higher, measured against the AAA Soliditets scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following manner:
Credit rating, (not older than 6 months).
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.
