Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,

— foreign companies: verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, trade register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation requirement:

— a credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers are required to have experience from equivalent procurements and must document at least one completed turnkey contract of an equivalent size or complexity in the last 5 years.

The stated reference project must include a reference from the builder. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the reference persons if it is deemed to be appropriate.

Key personnel who will be used for the contract.

Documentation requirement:

Reference projects for turnkey contract(s) of an equivalent size or complexity, carried out in the last 5 years. Information must be provided on the procurement's size, value, year of execution and who the builder was, including contract information. The contracting authority must be given the authority to contact the person in question.

The tenderer can document the experience of the personnel by referring to competence of the personnel that can be used for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.

Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:

Contract formula NS8407 must be used.

After the contract has been signed, the parties will carry out 2 interaction phases, 1 for the school and 1 for the nursery. These will be carried out at the same over 6 weeks. The aim of this phase is to review the projects, assess further optimisation of solutions, ensure that user needs are seen to and carry out the contract work, including decision plans. A minimum of 3 work meetings will be held between the parties in this phase. Costs connected to the interaction phase must be included in the contract. All the interaction meetings will be held in Hammerfest Municipality.
