The project, “Embetsgarden” consists of the existing Court House, new construction, 2 breezeways (to the Court House and the council building), as well as the existing council building. Initially, the existing council building will only be connected to the new buildings (see the contract boundaries on the floor plans). The project consists of 2 construction stages. Approximately 900 m reconstruction of the old Court House and approximately 2 550 m of new construction.
