The contest is for the provision of services that make up a future orientated, user friendly and secure system for printing, copying and scanning. The system must see to all administrative processes connected to the product area.
Multifunction machines means machines that primarily have the following functions: copying, printing, stapling, punching holes and scanning. The Norwegian Maritime Directorate envisages one small and one medium sized multifunction machine.
The value of the procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding.
