The value of the “Ren Drammensfjord” project's contribution to the monitoring programme is dependent on funding from the Norwegian Environment Agency. The value can be changed due to the actual allocated funding. The value of the next year's monitoring service is uncertain as it is based on assessments of needs after the results from 2019 are ready, and the annual allocated funding for the project. See part 2, Description of Needs for further information.

Contract: SSA-O (the Government Standard Terms and Conditions, section O).
The contract shall be governed by the attached contract documentation, with the accompanying standard contractual terms.
The contract is expected to be initiated 31.5.2019 and applies to monitoring services with the presentation of a final report in 2019. Option for implementation in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The Contracting Authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.

The Contracting Authority will enter into a contract with one (1) tenderer.
The Contracting Authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
