The competition concerns a contract for the delivery of MOM systems for management, operation and maintenance. An MOM system is an IT system that is tailor-made for property and has customised functionality for property management work processes.
A comprehensive digital system for property management will be procured to ensure stable, predictable and cost efficient operation of the municipality's buildings and properties.
The program/system must address:
— property management,
— leasing of municipal properties,
— maintenance of properties,
— cleaning,
— water and sewage,
— roads.
