Sola kommune

The aim of this procurement is to establish a mobility package for the employees and the municipality's other residents. The mobility package involves the hire of 15 electric vehicles that will be available for the contracting authority during working hours, 7.00-16.00, Monday to Friday. The contracting authority has set aside a separate parking places in a new car park for Sola Town Hall. The vehicles will be easy to access here for both employees and the municipality's inhabitants. Both the parking costs and electricity will be paid for by the contracting authority.
The framework agreement will have a duration of 3 years + 1 year (maximum 4 years). Planned commencement will be 1.3.2020. The contract will be valid for 3 years (28.2.2023), with a subsequent option for 1 year on the same terms. The options will be automatically taken up unless the contracting authority notifies otherwise.
The estimated annual contract value is approx. 950 000 NOK excluding VAT per year, totalling 3 800 000 NOK excluding VAT.
