It is important for UDE (the Agency for Child and Family Welfare Services) that measures are initiated as soon as a school has a requirement. UDE wants to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3 to 5 providers that can complement each other in terms of expertise, experience and capacity. UDE has the last 4 years had parallel framework agreements with three providers of manager development and management support. This management support service needs to be continued.
