The contracting authority wants tender offers for the delivery of consultancy services in the form of a main construction manager for the project fv 212 [County Road 212] Slettebrekka-Hetlevik in Askøypakken. The stretch is approximately 2,3 km, of which 600 m is in a tunnel. The project will be implemented as a turnkey contract.
The offered person is expected to be self-motivated. This means that the person must have good and relevant experience from work with compatible assignments from similar projects.
The main construction manager will report to the project manager, and the content of the position is described as follows:
— contribute to the preparation of the tender documentation for turnkey contracts,
— contribute to engaging contractors,
— perform quality control, progress and cost control,
— follow up contractual obligations with contractors,
— follow up HSE,
— lead the control engineers for the project,
— contribute to other projects in the Askøypakken as required.
Minimum requirement:
The offered person must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a construction manager for projects that use the Norwegian Public Roads Administration process code.
