Kartverket’s [the Norwegian Mapping Authority’s] vessels are classified in the Sjøfartsdirektoratet [the Norwegian Maritime Authority], and will implement main classification by January 2020.
In connection with the classification, maintenance will be carried out on the vessel. The work to be carried out is described in Appendix 2 — Annex to the contract.
Potential/interested service suppliers are encouraged to carry out inspections of the vessel before submitting tenders.
Classification and shipyard docking must be implemented by 22.11.2019, and the contracting authority has estimated that the docking will have a duration of 3 weeks.

Classification and shipyard docking must be implemented by 22.11.2019, and the contracting authority has estimated that the docking will have a duration of 3 weeks.
Deficiencies and the need for improvements may come to light during the shipyard docking, that may lead to works beyond what is described in Appendix 2 — Annex to the contract. The contracting authority retains the right to arrange additional works during the shipyard docking, in order to rectify deficiencies and the required improvements.

The contracting authority wants detailed dialogue with the tenderer for control of the work and costs during the workshop services. The head of the shipping section, technical inspector and crew of the vessel will monitor the work as well as carry out their own work on the vessel during the maintenance services.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement: company registration certificate.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement: a credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A good and effective quality management system is required for the provided services.
Documentation requirement: copy of the system certificate or the tenderer’s descriptions of the system.
A good and well-functioning environmental management system for the services that will be delivered.
