The assignment includes:
The hire and laundering of institutional textiles, including repairs and bringing/collecting the textiles for 5 entities.
— hire and laundering of personnel clothing, including repairs and bringing/collecting the textiles for 5 entities,
— washing of resident clothing including repairs and brining/collection of the textiles for 3 nursing homes.
Orderers will primarily be all five entities within health and care services, including nursing homes. All other municipal entities with a need for laundry services must have the same terms.
The products mentioned in the price sheet are those that are used the most. The Contracting Authority also reserves the right to procure other equivalent products on verbatim terms if this suits the purpose.
The value of the procurements is estimated to be: approx. 2 000 000 NOK to 3 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. The volume is an estimate and is not binding, it may be lower or higher. For further information refer to Part 2 of the requirement specification.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.
The Contracting Authority has considered splitting the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
