Kristiansund kommune

Kristiansund kommune [Kristiansund Municipality] has approx. 2 000 employees and a strong digital focus. Microsoft is the chosen financial system for interaction and Kristiansund municipality therefore wants to develop a task registration system based on Microsoft's product portfolio with Dynamics 365 as the engine.
Through this project, the municipality will obtain a comprehensive system that manages all of the different assignments that currently exist in numerous different trade systems and data sets, through mailboxes, in planners, on post-it notes and orally. The objective of the task registration system is to gather all of these assignments in 1 location and to make interaction on the tasks smooth and simple. Those who work on solving a task should be able to easily report the status of the task to the person who has submitted the task and expects answers (can be a citizen, leader, employee or politician).

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten: Tax certificate and company registration certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— the tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement,

— in addition to the requirement regarding credit worthiness, the tenderer must document the company's solidity for the next 4 years.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Information concerning credit ratings will be collected by the contracting authority via the credit information company Bisnode Credit Pro (soliditet.no). It is therefore unnecessary to submit these details. (Bisnode Credit Pro contains key information about all companies in Norway). Tenderers are requested to check if such information is available in Bisnode Credit Pro. Credit ratings are based on the most recent financial figures.

Solidity must be documented by a strategy document, development plans and fiscal figures for the current year and the budget for the following 2 years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— the tenderer must have experience from comparable assignments,

— the tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— description of up to 3 of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The list must include a statement of the assignment's value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and email address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competency of the personnel they have at their disposal and who they can use for this assignment,

— an account of the tenderer's workforce and the statement regarding the tenderer's average workforce during the last 3 years, and for the equipment, machinery, tools, materials or technical equipment that the tenderer has at their disposal for the implementation of the contract/assignment.
