Knowledge Compilation and Evaluation of the Government's Action Plans for Universal Design

The objective of this assignment is to obtain a solid knowledge basis that can contribute to evaluate the direction and scope of effort for the future work with universal design.
A report must be prepared that summarises the relevant knowledge of the field for universal design, as well as give an account of the degree the Government's action plans support the political, professional and legal goals, assumptions and obligations. Another goal is to examine whether the action plan contributes to compliance with Norway's obligations to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
The objective of the knowledge compilation is to summarise relevant knowledge on universal design. The evaluation must generate knowledge on process and the effects/results of selected measures and policy instruments. The report must also contain a recommendation on the future work with the included measures, and if possible present proposals on other measures.
