Statsbygg requests tenders for the following for project 1105601 the Life Science Building:

K902 AV equipment.

The enquiry is for K902 for AV equipment. The work consists, amongst other things, of cooperation for engineering design services and the delivery and assembly of the equipment.

The contract must contain the following:

— design,

— system design and choice of equipment,

— system integration,

— installation/assembly,

— delivery of equipment,

— trial operation,

— supplementary equipment (option),

— operation and maintenance (option).

Necessary licences must be included in the tender.

The tenderer will participate in an interaction, which will partly be carried out at the same time and in an integrated interaction with the other interaction processes for the contracts shown in the table below.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers are requested to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts for the last 3 years.

The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1) Capacity and competence.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient capacity and suitable staff for the assignment.

An overview of the number of employees with engineering design and implementation competence. The overview must be organised by discipline and competence level.

2) References

Tenderers must have experience from assignments with a transferable value (complex AV deliveries) for this contract.

2) Reference projects

A description must be given on approx. 1 A4 page per project for up to 5 reference projects/contracts in the last 5 years with a transferable value to this contract, with information on, amongst other things:

— the name of the contracting authority, including the telephone number of the contract person,

— the date of the contract/delivery,

— the value/scope of the contract,

— a description of the products, systems and services,

— the tenderer's role/delivery.

The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the references.

Quality assurance measures.

Tenderers are required to have a good management and quality control system.

Description of the tenderer's methods for quality assurance (maximum 2 A4 pages).

If a tender is certified in accordance with internationally recognised standards for quality assurance/control, it is sufficient to attach a copy of the issued certificate.

Environmental and social responsibility.

Tenderers are required to have a good management and environmental management system.

A brief description of the tenderer's methods for environmental and social responsibility (maximum 2 A4 pages).

If a tender is certified in accordance with internationally recognised standards for environmental and social responsibility, it is sufficient to attach a copy of the issued certificate.
