The tender competition includes a joint contract for smaller road works in Hedmark. Examples of assignments that can be included in the joint contract are: pavements, bus stops, foot and cycle paths, public transport lanes, roundabouts, noise-deflection walls, retaining walls made of granite and concrete structures, rock protection works, road verge and road reinforcement works, traffic safety measures such as railing and measures for side areas as well as the assembly of signs.
The works may comprise new facilities but also assignments in relation to up-grading. It must be expected that some works shall be executed at or along roads with heavy traffic.
The works shall mainly be executed in Stange, Hamar, Ringsaker and Løten municipalities. However, the contractor must expect working in other municipalities included in Hedmark County.

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity in order to fulfil the contract and must comply with the following requirements:
The tenderer must have a positive equity of minimum 1 000 000 NOK.
An average annual turnover of minimum 40 000 000 NOK in the last 3 financial years.
Documentation requirement:
1) The tenderer’s annual financial statements, annual report and auditor’s report for the last 3 years and newer information (quarterly accounts) of significance to the tenderer’s fiscal figures. The form in Chapter E2 point 4 shall be completed;
2) If relevant; a brief account regarding information and economic conditions or loss that is not documented other places and that must be documented in accordance with Norwegian and/or international accounts standards.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and complexity for the following works:
Foot and cycle paths, minor road works, reinforcement works, traffic safety measures, railing works, structures made of concrete and engineering design for the listed areas.
Documentation requirement:
A list of up to 5 and no less than 3 contracts that the tenderer has carried out or carries out during the last 5 years calculated from the tender deadline. The list shall cf. the form in Chapter E, contain the following for each of the contracts:
— name of the recipient (Contracting Authority),
— description of what the contract works, including the relevance in relation to the qualification requirement,
— type of works that was executed by the tenderer, and type of works that was executed by sub-contractors (contract facilitators),
— date for the delivery,
— value of the contract.
Reference person/contact person at the Contracting Authority with contact data (telephone number and email address) and indication of their role at the Contracting Authority during the contract period. The contractor is responsible for the reference person being available to provide a reference.
