The objective of the job club is to get the course participant back in the upper secondary education and training scheme or to achieve a permanent job after the job club is completed. Each participant must carry out one week with individual mapping/clarification and must then join a job club for 3 weeks continued by a 4-month follow-up period. There are 12 participants in each job club and the number of participants that will require a follow-up period is varying. The target group is young people between 16 and 29 year.
