The contracting authority would like to have a contract for IT support with onsite presence and with modern IT platforms that are predictable and easy to operate.
The contracting authority needs an IT support and operation contract with an IT service provider that can provide support and operation of IT services for the contracting authority's needs.
The contracting authority's IT platform is mainly located on cloud platforms (Azure and SaaS), with the exception of individual systems that can be shared with operators (actors that are responsible for the trains).
The procurement will cover the operation and management of the contracting authority's cloud platforms, with IT support that must include onsite presence.
The operation contract with the current service provider expires on 31.3.2020.
