The contract value is estimated to 500 000 NOK — 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. The volume is an estimate and, thus, not binding. See the tender documentation for further information.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.

Framework agreement — SSA:

The framework agreement has a duration from and including 1.11.2019 to and including 1.11.2021 with the opportunity for the contracting authority to further extend the contract for up to an additional 2 years, 12 months at a time.

The contracting authority will assign contracts with one to 5 tenderers. Contracts will be signed with as many tenderers as necessary to cover all of the needs areas in an appropriate manner with regard to the contracting authority's need for specialist expertise and capacity.

Mini-competitions will most likely be implemented for call-offs/purchases on the framework agreement. In some special circumstances, it may be relevant to purchase from the tenderers who has the bet competence within the desired needs area based on available personnel.

The contracting authority reserves the right to award specific assignments/lots to other actors outside of the framework agreement when in special circumstances there are other service providers who have a special competence not offered in the framework agreement.
