The works will be implemented as an interaction contract in 2 phases. The first phase, the development phase, will be implemented in close cooperation between the Contracting Authority and the contractor. The second phase, the Implementation Phase, will be carried out as a turnkey contract according to NS 8407. Tenderers are requested to gain a good understanding of the special contractual terms, including the interaction contract, concern the project in it's entirety and the individual phases.

The project primarily comprises the demolition of the existing building on the site, and the erection of a new school building in the size order of 5 000 m
The existing building at Flåtaløkka is not being used, but other school buildings will be in operation during the entire construction period.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
2 major options are included. One option comprises reconstruction and partial rehabilitation of selected rooms in the existing school building in Tinius Olsen, located next to Flåtaløkka. The second option concerns the erection of a workshop hall with associated areas on the school grounds in Saggrenda, located somewhat outside of the centre of town.
