Kragerø kommune

Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for a new public property value taxations service for all properties in Kragerø municipality, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority.
Kragerø municipality has decided to implement a new public property value taxation for the entire municipality valid from 2020. Tenders are hereby requested for inspections and valuation, property value taxations The property taxation office in the municipality wants to acquire the necessary knowledge for continuing the property value taxation work and needs the required training thereof.
The land register report (annex 2) states that the municipality has a total of approx. 15 400 property objects. Several of these property objects shall be exempted from the property value taxation. The municipality makes reservations regarding any land register errors. See Chapter 3 for a more detailed description of the contract.
