AtB sometimes requires services that are not included in ticket controls and therefore requests additional deliveries of objective controls (quality controls), passenger counting, as well as guard and security services related to the safety of passengers and drivers on-board the means of transport and at stops and terminals.

Furthermore, AtB would also like an option for services related to ticket machines, as well as services related to town environment duties.
A contract for control services in Stor-Trondheim (Larger Trondheim) area. The contract period will be 4 years, with a unilateral option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for up to 1 + 1 year.

A unilateral option for the Contracting Authority for a contract extension for up to 1 + 1 year.

1) An option for services related to town environment duties;
2) An option for services related to ticket machines.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax certificate: tenderers shall have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: a tax certificate, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified.
Foreign tenderers must submit certificates issued by competent authorities, confirming that the tenderer has met their obligations in regard to the payment of taxes and duties in accordance with the legal provisions in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate(s) shall not be older than 6 months, calculated from the tender deadline.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer's company must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment. In this context, sufficient solidity will also be required. Documented by: tenderers must submit Annual Financial Statements for the last 2 years with notes and the board's Annual Reports, as well as the auditor's reports for (2016 and 2017). As documentation, the Contracting Authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have competence and experience from inspection services. Documented by: a description of the tenderer's competence environment (size, service areas, organisation, etc.), up to 3 of the most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The assignment description must include a specification of the assignment value, assignment length and the recipient (name, phone number and email address.). The tenderer is responsible for documenting the assignment’ relevance through their description.

Tenderers must have approval from the police to carry out professional guard activities, specifically “Inspection Services” in Trøndelag police district. Documented by: written confirmation from the police.
If using sub-suppliers to fulfil the contract, tenderers must document how much and which parts of the contract will be set aside for sub-suppliers. Documented by: a description must be given of how much of the contract, possibly which parts, the tenderer intends to leave to sub-supplier(s).
