When calculating the total value of the procurement/contract, only the construction contribution (according to the price criterion) from the previous call for tenders is included and not the total value including revenue for the supplier. The reason for this is that the supplier's income is unknown to the contracting authority. Nevertheless, it is assumed that estimated revenues generate a total value that exceed the EEA threshold value.
