The Contracting Authority currently has an internal, municipal ICT operations service provider, but in connection with the current municipal reform, wants to outsource the ICT operation to an external service provider before the end of 2019.
The procurement therefore comprises delivery of ICT operation and procurement in accordance with the competition documents. The objective of the procurement is to receive ICT operational services that cover the contracting authority's needs.

The Contracting Authority currently has an internal, municipal ICT operations service provider, but in connection with the current municipal reform, wants to outsource the ICT operation to an external service provider before the end of 2019.
The procurement therefore comprises delivery of ICT operation and procurement in accordance with the competition documents. The objective of the procurement is to receive ICT operational services that cover the contracting authority's needs.
The value of the procurements is estimated to be: 1 000 000 NOK — 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. The volume is an estimate and is non binding. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.
