The Norwegian County Social Welfare Boards are a government independent court-like administration body that have the power to make decisions in compulsory cases in accordance with the child protection act, the health and care services act and the infection control act.
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the operation of ICT systems and services for the Norwegian County Social Welfare Boards for child protection and social cases. The Norwegian County Social Welfare Boards mostly consists of 13 units that are located nationwide. The boards own the equipment, which is located in the local units, primarily thin clients and laptop PCs, as well as printer units and other infrastructure.
