A new sports centre is to be built in Alvøen. This includes a sports hall of 25 x 45 metres, with 2 sets of changing rooms, referee changing rooms, grandstands, social room, store, table tennis hall, gym room, duty room with stores, a football changing room set with referee changing rooms, cleaning centre, personnel cloakrooms, personnel toilets, dining room, public toilets, office, 3 meeting rooms (with dividing walls that can be opened up), kiosk with stores, foyer and waste room. Option for a dance hall and larger gym room (alternative B). Option for a basketball hall with a set of changing rooms (alternative C). Attached area programme, alternative A 2 660 m

This procurement is for the engineering design services for the ground work that must be carried out for the construction of a new sports centre. The project will be carried out as a builder managed contract for the ground work, in addition to this, a draft project will be carried out, which will solve the area programme and placement on the site for alternatives A, B and C with calculations. An alternative will be chosen after the draft project has ended, for further engineering design services for the ground work.

Engineering design services are to be carried out for the ground work and infrastructure for Alvøen Sports Centre. There is a need for an engineering design group that will carry out detailed engineering design services for the ground work and infrastructure part of the assignment, within the frameworks of the development plan for the sports centre, which were approved in 1990. A separate turnkey contract will be announced for the sports centre.

The company shall be legally registered. Documentation requirement: companies that are registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and the VAT Register do not need to attach documentation. The contracting authority will check the company's organisation number in public registers. Attention is drawn to the fact that it is the organisation number that is on the company's profile for this competition in Mercell that will be checked. For companies that are not registered in the above-mentioned register, the tenderer must provide certificates or confirmation of registration (equivalent to a company registration certificate) in a trade register or company register as described in the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be issued more than 6 months prior to the tender deadline.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The company must have satisfactory finances to carry out the assignment. Documentation requirement: the contracting authority will obtain information on the company´s economic and financial capacity via Proff Forvalt (companies that have submitted their accounts to the Brønnøysund Register Company are registered through Proff Forvalt). If the information on Proff Forvalt is not correct, or if supplementary information is required to highlight the company´s economic and financial situation, this can be submitted. All the received and any obtained information will form the basis for an overall assessment of whether the qualification requirement is fulfilled.

Foreign companies: the company´s last 2 auditor approved Annual Financial Statements.

Tenderers must have experience from relevant assignments. Documentation requirement: the company's relevant assignments in the last 3 years, listed in the reference list template. The chosen tenderer will be sent the template for a reference list in order to document fulfilment of the qualification requirement. In cases where the company does not have the necessary qualifications, but relies on other suppliers to be qualified, equivalent documentation must be submitted for them.
